I don't see the video...

• Hold the shift button and refresh the page using your browsers refresh button.
• Try a different browser (Google Chrome is reccomended)

Video won't play (or buffering)...

• Check your internet connection.
• Try a different browser (We recommend Google Chrome for Mozilla Firefox)

I see video but don't hear audio...

• Make sure your computer volume is all the way up.
• Hover over the video and click on the bars to the left of the cog icon. They should be red.
• Does sound work for other sites? (Youtube)
